It can be if you are short and can fit into the plastic car on the front of Schnucks shopping carts!

Emmett had a real treat earlier this week when he went with Mom to the grocery store. He got to sit in a little car attached to the front of the shopping cart and pretend to drive.
Mom said whenever she stopped to pick something up off the shelves, Emmett would say "beep beep" or "go go!" |

On the weekends there is a 12 inch gauge live Steam Railroad Train that runs in Eureka Missouri.

We took Emmett last year, but this year he seems to have a bigger interest in trains. He'll run to the living room window and announce "choo choo" whenever he hears one coming through town.

The day we went, it was cloudy and threatening to rain, but fortunately the rain waited until after our ride.

If you've never been to the Wabash Frisco and Pacific Railroad Train, you should visit! |

The Duck Fairy strikes again!
The number of ducks that have shown up on our front door has increased again.
We took Emmett out of the house for a bit over the holiday weekend, and when we came back, there was another new toy duck sitting on the wreath on our door.
Emmett didn't notice it this time until we pointed it out, but once he did he said "oh, Duck!" and promptly took it and gave it a big squeeze and hug.
Who is the Duck Fairy?
The mystery continues... |
