| Message: Emmett turned 6 weeks old on Friday. Today we took him to Bass Pro Shop again. This time we got to see them feed the fish in the aquarium. It was pretty neat to see the big fish eat the live bait they were being fed. Emmett slept through his second trip to Bass Pro. |

| Message: "Today is my first day of vacation that I, Chris, get to stay home with Emmett. Just me and him. I can't wait to spend time with him reading stories, watching him coo at me and going for walks when the weather is nice! So far all Emmett's wanted to do today ......is sleep. " |

| Message: "I think we figured out why it takes an hour to feed Emmett each time he needs a meal. Everytime he tries to eat he requires: to be burped (usually twice), have two diaper changes (usually within 2-5 minutes of each other), and to be constantly woken up to be reminded that he's supposed to be eating." |

| Message: "Since the weather was nice today, we took Emmett out to our property to go walking through the woods. Unfortunately, the car ride there put him to sleep, and he didn't want to wake up to see the woods. Nonetheless we put him into a snuggle sack and I carried him through the woods. By the time we got back to the car, I was tired from walking up and down the hills. All Emmett could do was lift his head, give an exhausted sigh, and fall back asleep. We'll have to go back again when he's awake!" |
