| Message: "The past few days Emmett and dad have been sharing the sniffles, sore throat and cough after they slept together infront of a fan with the windows open over the weekend. Poor Emmett is having a difficult time trying to figure out why he can't breath through his nose!" |

| Topic: Walking on a New Trail with a Tired Boy |

| Message: "This afternoon we took Emmett for a walk along a new trail that was built by the Conservation Department in Eureka. The trail winds through the woods, along the roadway, and then back into the woods. It was pretty sunny, so we had Emmett in the stroller with the shade pulled down so he was out of the sun. He was really tired when we started our trip, and just sat in his stroller watching the trees go by without moving for a long time. Finally on the way back to the car, he regained energy, and started playing with his toys we brought along. " |

| Message: "Last night we were playing with Emmett on the floor, and when Dad got up to make dinner, he looked back, and say that Emmett had rolled/crawled himself off of his blanket, and was all the way across the room next to the wall. He's quick!" |
