| Topic: Another Snow Day |

| Message: Today school was canceled due to inclement weather. When the call came through at 5:45am, I (dad) could hardly believe they were going to close school. I looked out my window and didn't see a single snow flake on the ground. I went to work, and about 9:30am, the snow really started to fall hard. By noon, we had over 4 inches of snow on the ground, and by the end of the day we had over 6 inches of snow!  When I got home from work, we took Emmett outside and let him play in the snow for a bit. He liked walking around in it feeling it crunch beneath his feet.  He didn't like it though, when we picked him up and set him down into the really deep snow. He sank down past his knees and he couldn't walk very well.  |
