On today's episode of DIY (do it yourself) we'll take a look at the inner workings of a Krill Battery Operated Glow Stick.
First up: Remove that darn screw on cap on the bottom of the glow stick. It's a little tricky, so you might have to ask an adult to help.
Next up: Dump out those batteries that are in there. You should find 2 double-A batteries inside. Once they're out, you better make sure they can go back in easily. This is where it gets tricky. You must spend at least 10 minutes putting the batteries back in, and taking them out again just to make sure!
Finally: Once you're satisfied there batteries are able to go back into the glow stick, go ahead and take a peek down inside the tube and see if there's anything down in there.
With any luck, once you put it all back together, your glow stick will be glowing bright green again!
