| Message: Emmett and I haven't had a chance to post to his blog in nearly 2 weeks. That's because our house was not immune to whatever bug and germs Emmett brought home. Emmett was sick an entire weekend, and part of the following week, and then dad was sick the following weekend. In the times when we weren't sick, we were setting up our tent, campfire and lantern in the back yard to prep Emmett for a full weekend camping trip as part of this year's Beeson Family Reunion Campout!  This year the camp out is at Meramec State Park over Memorial Day weekend. Emmett absolutely loved camping in the back yard (the neighbor kids Christopher and Blake said "Emmett Rocks" since he likes sleeping outside) and that he couldn't wait to go again next weekend. Expect more pictures/stories from the campout after our trip! |
